DTeam M. Studio ("we", "our", or "us") built Teleprompter 4 Creators as a commercial application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

Teleprompter 4 Creators is a local-first, offline application. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• We do not require you to create an account
• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• We do not track your location
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not have a backend server that receives your data

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All data created within the app stays entirely on your device:

• Scripts: Stored locally in an on-device database. Never uploaded anywhere.
• Recordings: Video files are saved to your device's photo library. They are never uploaded or shared by the app unless you explicitly use the Share function.
• Settings & Preferences: Your teleprompter settings (text size, speed, color, theme) are stored locally on your device.
• Subscription Status: A local cache of your subscription state is stored on-device for offline access.

3. Camera & Microphone

The app requests access to your device's camera and microphone solely for the purpose of recording videos while you read your script. Video and audio data is:

• Processed entirely on your device
• Saved only to your local device storage
• Never transmitted to any server

4. Photo Library

The app requests permission to save recorded videos to your photo library. This access is used solely to store your recordings for easy access. We never read or upload existing photos or videos from your library.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Teleprompter 4 Creators offers optional subscription plans (monthly and yearly) to unlock unlimited recordings. All payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address.

6. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party interaction is with the Apple App Store for subscription management.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data at all, no special provisions are necessary.
